Our one to three-bedroom apartments appeals to young professionals and young families that look for affordable accommodation with smart living features, social spaces and a tinge of luxury.
We make an effort to offer units at fair rental prices and to document the rental process. Once you chose your new home from our portfolio, we will generate a rental agreement outlining the deposit, rental and utility charges in a transparent manner. Our aim is to ensure that renting a property with us stays a simple and enjoyable experience.
Our Process
If you are interested in renting with us, the process is pretty straightforward. Just complete the enquiry form on the webpage of the property you are interested in, and fill in your specifications. We will promptly contact you to arrange for a time you can meet one of our agents at the property you are interested in. Be sure to bring along everybody you plan to live with, to avoid future misunderstandings about their expectations. Our agent will be happy to answer all the questions you and your spouse or housemates may have.
If you like what you see and have all your documents ready, we will help you to complete the application process. Otherwise, you can complete the application online through our tenant portal. If you are not a fan of the apartment you viewed, we will be happy to set you up with more viewing opportunities with other apartments.
We require the following documents to process your application :
- Proof of income
- 3 months bank statements ( with a copy of employment contract if employed less than three months)
- Proof of current residential address
- Details of your current employer
- Details of everybody that will live with you.
- Next of kin information
Once your application is submitted, it will take just a couple of hours before we will let you know if it is approved. A successful application depends on a good credit record, an affordability check and verification of your information. Once your application is approved, you can sign the lease and pay the agreed deposit
